Yes, we are still busy with planning. Friday, feast of the Annunciation, was “consecration day” for us. Finally. Maria and I had been preparing for St Louis de Monfort’s consecration to Our Lady during the past four weeks with (looooooong) daily readings, prayers and the rosary. We literally sped to Charlottetown that morning for Mass at St Dunstan’s (yeah, that’s where we will be wed in 3.2 months), and after Mass, we knelt before Our Lady and consecrated ourselves to her Son through her.

We’ve been exploring the city a bit and we think we’ve found the perfect spot to watch the Canada Day fireworks from. It’s a bit too cold for firework-watching right now, but it will be gorgeous on the night of our wedding.

We had some time to kill before picking Hannah up and joining some Brown cousins for an African-themed party, so we stopped at Starbucks to work on our invitations for a bit, and even decided on RSVP wording.
